We have a number of Key Performance Indicators that we test for which helps us create an "Athletic Profile" For everyone that comes through the doors.
These KPI's helps us to identify areas of strength and weakness so we can develop a resilient and dynamic athlete.
Coming into a new environment, especially a gym, can be an intimidating step for junior athletes.
Our main priority with junior athletes is helping them create a life long and positive relationship with the gym and training.
We know how beneficial training in the gym and with a supportive team around you can be so its a major priority to make sure these athletes feel empowered and supported.
One key way we do this is through their individual program, we take the approach as a facilitator NOT a dictator in the
training session and help guide the athlete through instead of demanding they do this or that.
The Key to consistent performance and injury resilience is quality movement done repeatedly.
Because of this we ensure that our exercise grading system is designed in a way that each workout can be scaled to the athletes individual needs while teaching them the quality of movement required for performance.
We will never push an athlete into an exercise that they haven't ticked off the competencies for, that way we ensure that athletes will remain safe but also training to a level that pushes them.
